In any event, I expressly declare that I am aware that the "Organizer's" obligations in relation to first aid, medical care, and ambulance services consist of coordinating for third-party specialists in these areas to be available to provide such services at the "Race" or warm-up, without the "Organizer," its affiliates, sponsors, and any natural or legal persons associated with the "Race" or warm-up, being responsible for the final outcome of the provision of such services. 22. I declare that I release from all liability the "Organizer" of the event, as well as its affiliates, sponsors, and any natural or legal persons associated with the "Race", if: I have lied about or concealed information about my age and/or health condition, and I participate despite knowing that I suffer from any illness, ailment, mental or physical condition that is contraindicated for practicing sports; if I participate while having consumed alcohol, drugs, or medications, or having engaged in conduct that may alter the body's tolerance to physical exertion. 23. Both they and their parents or guardians must sign this acceptance of conditions, indicating that they will comply with them and agree to the stipulations herein.
